That's what Leanne thought we'd done by letting Lachie do an Italian cooking class - and she's probably right!
Lachie wanted a photo on the persilhaveago website (after watching the ad on tv), so I took lots of pics while he "taught" Mike how to make pasta (the reason "taught" is in inverted commas is because it's a bit of a stretch...Mike wont actually remember what he was taught, but Lachie tried his best! And Mike needs all the help he can get in the kitchen! Mike was really there to read the instructions lachie got at his class...he didn't and made a few fundamental mistakes that Lachie promptly pointed out - and Mummy fixed!!)

Ravioli Friday night and spaghetti Saturday night...everyone's in agreement - VERY TASTY! 
And tonight Lachie wanted Zara to stay for dinner, I said it was ok, if she helped make it! Sorry no photos, I had a nice relaxing time letting them do it all! They picked and chopped silverbeet to add to the bolognaise sauce and then stuffed canneloni. Then they picked some mesclun and made a tasty salad. Lachie had made a slice earlier in the day which was a perfect dessert...everyone cleaned their plates (sign of a perfect meal!).
