Holidays Round-up

Watching the Magpies vs Northland...easy to know who's who now! (Not for me, but all the people that manage to get Lily and Eden mixed up...still!)

Eden was so excited because Grand-da gave her one of her birthday presents early (and Nannie took to it with the sewing machine as size 6 is the smallest they make these things!) He was worried that she'd only get to wear it once this year (on her birthday) but there's a chance we'll "pop up" to Pukekohe in a couple of weeks (especially if Counties Manakau manage to take the shield off Canterbury this weekend...then we'll HAVE to go and cheer!)

Eden teaching Cooper "heaps, shoulders, knees and toes" - watch out for his new moves at Music tomorrow!

What a patient, accommodating boy! He absolutely LOVES his sisters and big brother...and lets them do ANYTHING to him!

We did an "environmental experiment" in the holidays too...better photos to come when I've had some photos printed for the "science fair board"...basically the kids wanted to know why I never buy mini packets of chippies or muesli bars for their lunches...I set out to show them why!!! Here's the "blind taste test" part...
Eden's in togs because the kids had been helping wash Nannie's car...loving the school holidays sun!
(And the kids want to show it at school too, after I told them about a conversation I had with a Dad who is sick of his kids bringing home their lunch rubbish form school...and he was a bit stunned when I said my kids never bring home any rubbish...because they never take any rubbish!)
...to be continued...
