Cute New Neighbour!

Here's our new neighbour, he came over to introduce himself this morning (settle down Leisa, Cathie, Kirstyn, etc...!).

His name's Toby, and he's soooooo cute!

And this may be the only time you see this happening! All the joinery is in now!

Roof shout has turned into a garage warming and will probably be Queen's Birthday weekend...Muddy puddles next day...after this it got filled up, ready to dig out again for concrete!

Mothers' Day...

No fun MD photos but worth mentioning that Mike thought a couple of hundred dollars worth of diamonds would make up for him going to work (so no breakfast in bed) followed by a day of expecting me to do hard labour and have no real fuss made...I suppose it does really!

But I did get the most gorgeous card from Lachie that he made at school! And Lily made a lovely painted, glued wooden "sculpture" at kindy too - that's what Mothers' Day is all about! (Not that I mind diamonds at all!).

I imagine the sleep-in's will come - when I have a husband that doesn't do crazy hours and kids that learn that when we take them to a party til late the night before, they're not supposed to get up at the normal time!
