Big adventure...We got up at 2am on Sunday, got ourselves organised and headed to Wellington for James' Christening. Sunrise on Mount Vic where we went for breakfast...didn't quite see the sun rise as we had to be in Karori at 8.
Even after such an early start, James' Christening was lovely. At "the moment", Toby calls out (must have been loud if I heard him) "look, he spilt water on James"!
James was very good
Shaun held up well too, and Biddy looked lovely
Aunty Cathie hasn't seen Eden (or us) for 6 months! Well in person anyway, there's always this blog! 
Yes, I was priveledged, I got to do the cake...orange is Toby's favourite colour!
Toby got the teddy!
Toby took a real liking to Eden...
Lachie caught up with Shaun...
And the boys played Godfather-Godson soccer
Eden found Amanda's cat...
Although Lily had found him first!
Aunty Jayne had puppies, Lachie asked her if "they were for her to give to people that didn't have one yet"; yes Lachie, for a bit of $!
He very cautiously let Lily have a turn (she carts her puppy round all over the place, remember Lachie!)
Then a trip out to see Cathie's new place. Yay...room for us to come and invade!
And sunset as we got to the top of the Rimutaka Hills.
