We got Lachie up to watch the final of Masterchef NZ, he's watched most of the others on video. We've tried a few recipes, and Lachie was then taken by how "hard" croquembouche looked. I assured him it actually wasn't that hard having made a few many years ago, so I had to show him! This is a mini one as there is only 6 of us to eat it, not a miserable failed one!

While I've been making flowers and cakes for miles, Lachie's been watching a bit and wanting to make flowers. We kept his flowers separate and needed a project for them! His teacher won, and has been presented with this marvelous cupcake!
