Teddy Bears Picnic day at Kindy. Lachie has been wanting to be a blue teddy bear for weeks...not so much sewing to do this time!
And Lily wanted to wear her snow pants (which I made to be one of the 6! bottom layers she wore that day!) so I just had to make her matching ears...
They started with porridge and spaghetti for breakfast...followed by teddy dancing and singing...then a bear hunt (where 2 of the teachers dressed up as bears and hid while the kids found clues to where they were)...

The teachers were wearing their PJ's (gorgeous Adrianne!)...and Jo (at the last bear hunt clue) was hiding with these little biscuits Lachie and I made...
A sausage sizzle for lunch, followed by the sun coming out!
Then just because Mike and Keith had one piece of furniture to move after work, they decided it warranted a beer (or a few!) at the pub. The kids loved it, and it's pretty quiet that early around here on a Friday when there's rugby on Saturday...pick the guys that don't play!
