Lachie enjoyed playing with some Magpies at the Big Day Out at Park Island, brushing up on his rugby skills...
And learning hockey skills with a couple of Black Sticks 
The girls and I had fun with the "fishies" at the Aquarium - Eden learnt the names for every creature! Bit of shopping, then we joined Lachie and Daddy for the last hour, but the girls found a lovely black friend!

Which of course they won, quite outstandingly! We sat in front of a bus load of young Bay of Plenty kids - made for a great atmosphere (would have been such a bummer to lose though!). After the game the players signed autographs - here's a few...

All ready for next weeks home semi! (And then the final the week after - might have to plan Eden's birthday party around that!)
